民進黨籲馬金到案說明 藍批指揮司法

針對陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉及洩密案，民進黨中央今（25）日召開記者會，公開要求台北地檢署傳喚馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺、國安會秘書長金溥聰等人到案說明，並要求檢調搜索陸委會、張顯耀住宅等說法，國民黨發言人陳以信抨擊，是公然指揮司法辦案，逾越分際「實在太超過」。
