議員參選人提告誹謗　里長：對號入座

選舉開放受理申請第一天，新北市無黨籍議員參選人游輝宂前往警局向中和區壽德里長夏承嫚提出告訴，因不滿她在LINE「中和區里長聯誼會」及「中和第二分局里長聯誼會」群組中散布「游飛冗每里出資五萬，找候選人跟里長拚，叫他去屎」的訊息，提出毀謗及違反選罷法。
 
游輝宂表示，想不到還沒登記就先遭到誹謗，我已提出告訴捍衛自己的權益。遭提告的壽德里長夏承嫚在電話中表示，訊息內容並非指他，他想對號入座就算了，如果同音就算的話，那全民大悶鍋不用演了, 應該為了打響知度，拿我來開刀吧。警方目前已受理報案，將通知被告到案說明案情。（李俊淇／新北報導）
