閃靈樂團９月將和啤酒廠商合作推出「閃靈獨立啤酒」，團長Doris說：「市場上有統一牛奶、統一布丁，應該也要有個獨立啤酒，獨立較接近台灣人想法。」自豪也哀怨地說：「我喝酒的糗事就是永遠喝不醉，每次大家都掛了，我就負責照顧大家。」

主唱Freddy曾和吉他手小黑拚酒狂吐，醒來發現臉埋在嘔吐物中；小黑５年前與董事長樂團慶功喝到半夜，隔天傍晚酒醒出門竟遇酒測，挨罰６萬5000元，他嚇到從此戒酒；鍵盤手小捲７年前在歐美巡迴時喝到痛風發作，「現在每次喝酒都要把脈，只能喝幾口。」
