（中央社記者張榮祥台南3日電）台南檢警今年2月在台南市破獲一家以漂白劑漂白豆芽菜 後、再銷到傳統市場和餐廳的地下工廠，南檢今天偵結起訴3人。 這家地下工廠位於仁德區，42歲邱姓負責人先聘請56歲鄭姓男子清洗豆芽菜，再向嘉義市 「臺榮食品原料公司」35歲黃姓業務員購買俗稱「保險粉」的低亞硫酸鈉及次氯酸鈉；這 3人全被起訴。 台南地檢署表示，邱、鄭自2004年起將豆芽菜浸泡在低亞硫酸鈉及次氯酸鈉的水槽中，以 增加賣相，每天生產1800公斤至3600公斤，再以每公斤新台幣8元價格銷到台南、高雄的 餐廳及傳統市場，估計10年來銷售逾萬公噸，獲利9000萬元。 http://ppt.cc/C4lu -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.218.30.167 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1409747082.A.3DD.html
