共諜案 前上校羅奇正無期改判18年

前國防部軍事情報局上校羅奇正涉共諜案，最高軍事法院日前將他判處無期徒刑，不過，台灣高等法院今天更二審宣判，改判他18年有期徒刑、褫奪公權6年，全案可上訴。 羅奇正共諜案，在民國100年間，被高等軍事法院，依貪污與間諜等罪名合併判處無期徒刑，最高軍事法院後來也維持原審刑度．但軍審法修正後，回歸普通法院審理，高院更二審，考量羅奇正犯後坦承犯行，因此依違反《陸海空軍刑法》，為敵人從事間諜活動等罪，改判他18年．
