製作音效晶片的黃姓工程師，從2012年初到年底，以每個月3萬元的價格透過林姓工程師（案發後已離職）私下拷貝電路圖，修改後轉賣給另一名在大陸工作的葉姓前員工；驊訊電子在2012年11月發現林不斷下載跟他業務上無關的檔案資料，懷疑他竊取公司重要資料，報警提告。

黃、林承認犯行，但否認葉指使他們都電路圖；葉則稱，只要求黃幫他設計新的音效晶片，沒要求偷電路圖。台北地檢署今依違反著作權法等罪嫌起訴2名工程師，另以罪嫌不足處分葉不起訴。
