蘇力1死21傷 員警挨飛磚斃命

受到蘇力颱風影響，暗夜裡風雨明顯增強，清晨台北街頭的招牌和路樹，也紛紛掉落倒塌。根據中央災害應變中心最新彙整的災情統計，目前已知有1人死亡21人受傷。

其中不幸死亡的案件發生在新北市淡水地區，清晨2點50分左右，一名機車騎士遭到磚塊砸中，造成頭部嚴重撕裂傷，經過送醫急救二個小時之後，仍然宣告不治。根據了解，死者是任職淡水分局中正路派出所陳姓員警，年約五十歲，他是在下班途中發生意外。

至於，受傷的部分，台北市有10人，新北市有9人，基隆市有1人、新竹縣有1人。其中3人重傷，包括在新生北路一段被吹落玻璃割傷的51歲管理員；內湖路康寧路三段遭掉落招牌砸傷造成全身骨折的路人；南港東新街則有一人撿拾掉落物墜落，撞破遮雨棚。
