快訊　五楊高架中午開放通車

【李姿慧／台北報導】平均高度有30公尺、約10樓的國1五楊高架昨首遇恐怖中颱蘇力，昨夜估有平均風速10-12級、陣風11-15級，因而創國道先例、昨23時起採預警性封閉，高公局表示，蘇力颱風影響趨緩，將於今中午12時起開放通行，五楊高架將在封閉13小時後恢復通車。
