OL遭剝光搓胸指姦　法官認兩廂情願判男同事無罪

【陳偉周／基隆報導】指姦搓胸女同事竟無罪！去年9月初基隆市1名焦姓男子因心情差，約女同事回家喝酒，趁女同事喝醉時，剝開她上衣搓胸，還大膽用右手手指伸入女同事下體性侵得逞，事後女同事大怒對焦男提告，日前法院判焦男無罪。
 
法官審理認為，焦男稱是兩廂情願，女方口頭拒絕說：「不要這樣，這樣你女友要怎麼辦」。女子向法官說很害怕見到焦男，又在提告後傳簡訊與焦男連繫，認為女子說詞反覆，所提出證據不足，本月5日判焦男無罪，全案仍可上訴。
