穿夾腳涼鞋會痛

最近買了一雙後拉鍊式的夾腳涼鞋

這幾天穿出門的時候，夾著腳趾的那個地方很痛

它夾著的地方有一層透明膠

要怎麼做穿起來才不痛??

還有請問其他女生，常穿夾腳涼鞋走起來會痛嗎><

另外....請問後拉鍊式的夾腳涼鞋跟T字涼鞋，哪種在夏天穿會比較好呢???
