雖然小弟看房子也不是一天兩天...
從士林、北投、蘆洲、五股、淡水亂看...
從中古屋、新古屋、新成屋到預售屋也是亂看...
真的發現到...
不管是仲介、代銷或是建商自售...
都是說"現在再不買~以後買不起"...
說房價會一直漲...不會跌...
然後用一些方式在說...
賣便當的也沒有50元的可以找了~~~
隨便吃一頓都要一百元了~~~
連汽車都不會降價只會送你東西...
什麼都在漲了~現在再不買~過幾天就會調漲了!!!

不否認...這幾年漲幅真的很誇張...
比起SARS到金融海嘯之間的漲幅還扯...
是大家現金都很充裕嗎???
還是我們即將看到"泡沫化房價"呢???
所以才再努力的拋售???
各位空軍們~~~

你們覺得要怎樣才會房價大跌???
