【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，連同袍也看不下去，洪仲丘的同袍劉烜揚今天出面說，洪仲丘甚至沒有智慧型手機，他不曾帶智慧型手機來連上，「根據他最好的朋友今天早上才跟我講，他甚至連智慧型手機都沒有辦」，洪仲丘回營帶的，「是MP3跟有照相功能的手機，不是帶智慧型手機進營區」。

洪仲丘的同袍劉烜揚出面說明，洪仲丘根本沒有智慧型手機。
