獨占事業濫用市場地位　公平會罰台化300萬、台塑200萬

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕公平交易委員會委員會議決議，台化公司、台塑工業因無正當商業理由，斷絕供給芒硝及燒鹼等化工原料給合一實業公司，構成獨占事業濫用市場地位行為，因此處台化公司300萬元罰鍰、台塑工業公司200萬元罰鍰，合計共罰500萬元。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/bBFbBfZnoOk" height="1" width="1"/>
