監委：軍事法庭 應改司法院派出機關

軍審法三讀，後續引發諸多問題仍待解決，具法律背景的監委李復甸就批評，修軍審法將凌虐等移到普通法院不能解決問題。他建議，一次到位最簡單的方法是將軍事法庭變成司法院的派出機關，把軍檢署變成法務部的派出機關，才是根本解決之道。
