標題[問題] outlook 2013 無法匯入聯絡人 csv

如標題，我有依照官方及網路上的步驟操作。先從gmail匯出outlook格式的csv檔，然後再開outlook來做匯入的動作。第一次使用這些功能都安裝了，過程中有路徑、取代、欄位對應等設定。但最後會跳出以下訊息：(我是用英文版OS跟軟體) "Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it" 找網路好像都很順利就匯入了= = 以上是office outlook的問題。後來我想說用網頁版的outlook試看看，也找過網路說要將csv轉成UTF-8格式的再匯入，這邊是可以匯入不過是亂碼... 不知道有人遇過類似狀況嗎？麻煩指點，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.249.205 ※ TwoBillion:轉錄至看板 WindowsPhone 09/07 00:34
