機車訂車後想換車

摁大家好
小弟最近想買新車
但是由於人不在家中
所以都交由家人代辦

本來已經決定好車
也已經把雙證件交過去了
但是由於個人因素
想要換成另一台車(不是退車)

想請問一下如果還沒領到車的話這件事有可能嗎
如過可以的話要付其他額外的錢或違約金嗎?!
