天兔走了，小鴨回來了！天兔颱風襲台，洩氣避風頭的黃色小鴨，今（22）天下午3點30分再度充飽氣「下海」，黃色小鴨重新亮相，立刻吸引大批民眾圍觀、賞鴨，也正式宣告黃色小鴨回來了。

中秋節當天充氣下水「游」進高雄光榮碼頭的黃色小鴨，「誕生」才一天，就不巧遇上天兔颱風，20日中午12點被洩氣、吊上岸避風頭，原定今天下午1點重新下海，也因為現場不時颳起7級陣風搗蛋，延至3點30分才充飽氣成形復出。

不過，黃色小鴨的高人氣，絲毫不受這些波折影響，從開始重新充氣到下海，過程始終吸引滿滿民眾圍觀、驚呼，搶著要和黃色小鴨合影留念。
