八年八百億元的治水預算即將到期，國民黨立院黨團幹部會議今日上午討論此事，據轉述，多數國民黨立委提醒行政院，過去治水預算把錢下放到地方政府，等於是送錢給地方，沒有嚴格管考經費流向，導致錢像丟在水裡，功勞歸地方，罵聲歸中央，要求行政院不要重蹈覆轍，尤其是明年是選舉年，不要成為綁樁的經費。

對此，行政院秘書長陳威仁表示，會由水利署統籌規劃。經濟委員會下週排定審議六年六百億元的流域綜合治理特別條例。
