中轉鬆綁？陳德銘稱會反映

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄28日電）大陸海協會長陳德銘今天搭船遊高雄港，台灣港務公司董事長蕭丁訓希望，兩岸中轉規定適度鬆綁，陳德銘則說，會帶回反映。

大陸海峽兩岸關係協會會長陳德銘上午由海峽交流基金會副董事長高孔廉、蕭丁訓等人陪同，搭乘高雄港務分公司貴賓船遊高雄港，陳德銘致贈蕭丁訓關公像，蕭丁訓則回贈高雄港模型交趾陶。

陳德銘搭船遊港不到1小時，仔細聆聽蕭丁訓簡介港區業務，並未多言。

由於兩岸貨運直航後中轉規定對外籍航商限制頗多，影響外商靠泊高雄港意願，間接影響高雄港貨運量，蕭丁訓當面希望陳德銘在這方面能適度鬆綁，以吸引更多外籍航商到高雄攬貨。

陳德銘則回應說「會帶回反映」。

陳德銘在高雄港4號碼頭搭船遊港，警方如臨大敵，高雄港務警察局派出3艘警艇全程隨行戒護，警方並4號碼頭附近實施局部交通管制，防範閒雜人車進入碼頭。1021128
