阿帕契出狀況 陸軍全面停飛

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北18日電）陸軍參謀長郝以知今天受訪表示，昨天收到美方飛航通告，cAH-64E的主傳動箱內螺帽扭力失效，影響飛行安全，全面停飛。

對於維修經費需由誰負擔？國防部長嚴明表示，按保固契約來走，台灣不需要付錢。

立法院外交及國防委員會今天邀國防部長嚴明報告「推動募兵制現況檢討與策進」。

嚴明答覆中國國民黨籍立委馬文君質詢時證實，有收到美方通報最新型的阿帕契有故障，需全面停飛特檢。

陸軍司令部參謀長郝以知受訪表示，昨天下午接獲美方飛航通告，陸軍同步全面停飛，初步了解是阿帕契AH-64E的「主傳動箱行星齒輪總成螺帽」扭力失效，會影響飛行安全。

郝以知說，美方正在檢討相關原因，無法確定復飛時間；陸軍飛行訓練全部停止，維保、地勤人員正常運作。1021218
