最近面試的工作都會問到三五年後的生涯規劃本來心理想的標準答案應該是「我會認真努力，跟本單位持續奮鬥」但是我應徵都是約聘的，一年一簽案子或計畫沒了我可能就會直接被踢走可是如果回答：之後有考慮出國或國考，又擔心會讓雇主覺得我待不久到底生涯規劃是問什麼意思的？說現在還在思考未來，好像我很沒有遠見如果公司待遇不錯又能持續聘用，哪裡還需要思考未來難道我說要結婚生子也可以？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.155.50
