單親媽賣房度難關　被課210萬奢侈稅

《特種貨物及勞務稅條例》（奢侈稅）3年前上路，原本是要課炒房大戶的稅，沒想到確殃及窮人！擔心媽媽惠如（化名）因生計困難，想將僅有的房子賣掉，反遭課210萬元奢侈稅。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，47歲的惠如說，11年前和丈夫離婚後，協議將房子讓給母女住。前夫將800萬元的房子增貸至1200萬元，最後他付不出來，打算賣掉。惠如想盡力保留，因此和前夫協議，將房子贈與給女兒。惠如之後因生意失敗，負債300、400萬元，所以房子持有不到1年即賣出。去年2月，她收到國稅局稅單，指因違反奢侈稅，必須課以210萬元稅金。惠如哭訴，根本無力償還奢侈稅，好幾回都想了結生命，甚至要吃鎮定劑才能入睡，認為政府一直逼她走上絕路。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
