高雄果芳藝術中心負責人沈芳如，原從事金融業務20年，轉換跑道當藝術仲介，發掘有潛力藝術家作品，近年來台中市豪宅林立，不少金字塔頂端客戶也找她「挖寶」，除了強調豪宅配名畫外，更是看好投資的高增值性。

沈芳如將長年在金融界服務養成的敏銳觀察力，運用在藝術仲介上，她說，「相中有潛力的藝術家，有時真需要賭一把！」尤其近幾年投資客大舉進入藝術品市場，挑選作品時更要謹慎，觀察藝術家國際地位、可發展性。

沈芳如表示，她從世界華人名人錄中發現台南畫家魏信雄的畫作，驚嘆他一系列台南名勝古蹟、府城印象畫作；其中一幅魏信雄的早期作品「晨曦」，他一直保留惜售，沈芳如幫他以行情價4倍以上價格、7位數售出。

沈芳如表示，投資藝術品未必是高門檻，可從小品入門。
