BBC播《小動物》 讓觀眾以小窺大

英國BBC自然歷史部門執行製片人強尼基林，上周帶著全新紀錄片節目《大世界小動物》訪台，該節目專注在體型小、常被人們忽略的昆蟲與動物，透過慢速攝影、高畫質等技術，讓觀眾以小蟲小鼠的眼光看世界，強尼說：「北極熊游泳看都看膩了，但滿嘴含著蝌蚪的青蛙，才真是有趣！」

「對小型生物來說，濺灑的水流就像是海嘯，滴落的雨滴就像是隕石。」強尼認為再小的動物與昆蟲，其實行為與人類一模一樣，但牠們可能只有１年生命，所有歷程都像是壓縮般濃縮，《大世界小動物》讓觀眾有以小窺大的難得經驗。節目於10月在BBC Knowledge頻道播出。
