我向Hertz租車保了super cover,在法國還車子外觀有損傷 , 回國後收到法國Hertz寄來2張帳單,

請問以下三件事:

(一)
ADDITIONAL OPERATOR 32.61 A-----第二駕駛費
DAMAGE PROCESSING ADMIN FEE 35.00-------行政處理費
DAMAGE CHARGE/ESTIMATE 60.00---------???費

(二)
預定租車時已保了super cover,還車,車子外觀有擦損傷仍需要另外支付行政處理費費用?

(三)
19.99是違規罰單處理費? 再來等法國寄罰單明細給我繳罰款?? 大約會要等多久?

The charges on this invoice cover costs incurred in providing the driver or renter name and address to the relevant authority in France, subsequent to notification of a traffic offence that is alleged to have occurred during the period covered by the original rental invoice. Unless declared or where the driver or renter retains payment responsibility due to applicable laws, fine costs are not included on this invoice.
