歐洲中央銀行（ECB）管理委員會成員魏德曼（Jens Weidmann）今天表示，歐洲央行未見到歐元區陷入通貨緊縮惡性循環的明顯風險，並稱歐元區成長將會維持低迷至明年。

在米蘭非正式會晤歐洲聯盟各國財政部長後，德國聯邦銀行（央行）總裁魏德曼告訴記者，「歐洲央行管理委員會未見到歐元區陷入通縮惡性循環的明顯風險。」

與去年同期相較，歐元區8月分消費者通膨僅0.3%，這也是歐洲央行本月稍早前意外降息的主要原因之一。
