各位前輩們好小弟在公司任職一年三個月左右，因找到新的工作（而且公司已經有準備安排人手來接我部分業務）我於7月12日跟主管表態想離職，到這個月底主管說要交接一個月，勞動契約跟勞基法好像沒有明文規定一定要一個月的交接，如果拿這個去相關單位申訴的話，顧主會放人嗎，還是大家離職時會顧及到前公司的運作方面呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.25.19
