各位前輩們好 小弟在公司任職一年三個月左右,因找到新的工作(而且公司已經有準備安排人手來接我部分業務)我於7月12日跟主管表態想離職,到這個月底主管說要交接一個月,勞動契約跟勞基法好像沒有明文規定一定要一個月的交接,如果拿這個去相關單位申訴的話,顧主會放人嗎,還是大家離職時會顧及到前公司的運作方面呢? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.25.19
