圖書館整修拖8個月　民眾怨效率差

【蔡智銘／台中報導】夏日炎炎的暑假上圖書館吹免費冷氣，享受讀書樂趣是許多民眾的最愛，但台中市東區居民卻只能望著緊閉的圖書館大門興嘆，今年2月開始施工的整修工程原訂7月1日完工啟用，因故延後1個月，沒想到前天館方又公告完工時間要到10月5日，民眾「涼爽讀書計畫」泡湯，大罵政府效率太差。
