今天下午接到一通說我是優質客戶要送我一支手機的來電,沒說費率.合約長度什麼的,只是跟我要地址
我回說我不要手機,對方說他們跟黑貓有合作只要提供地址黑就直接送到我家,只要簽名手機就是我的了,
我又回說我不需要,對方就回說:"草利馬",不要早點講不要浪費我的電話費後掛掉

最後那一句話讓我聽了很不爽如果有錄音,那就要法院見了

像這種電話網上的大大加起來可能接過一萬通以上,也發生過不少的爭議,但怎不見ncc或電信業者出面管控,限制,必須要本人帶證件到店面辦理才行?
