影響101煙火？ 南山廣場考量周邊整體規劃

針對因為南山人壽興建新大樓，使台北101煙火受到影響，南山人壽回應，南山廣場(世貿二館)考量周邊建物與整體環境規劃。

台北101煙火恐受高個子的新鄰居影響！台北101發言人劉家豪今天表示，受安全距離及高度考量，新大樓（南山人壽）興建恐對101煙火造成影響。

媒體報導，南山人壽標下世貿二館開發案，預計興建地上45層樓、高約270公尺高的大樓，可望成為台北第2高大樓，因緊鄰台北101大樓，台北101施放跨年煙火，因安全距離考量，恐怕無法整棟施放。

南山人壽表示，一切依政府法令規定行事。南山廣場(世貿二館)是考量周邊建物與整體環境進行設計與規劃，南山人壽期望將與商圈共榮，與周圍芳鄰可以一起創造信義商圈繁榮發展。
