【葉國吏／綜合報導】69歲的金馬影后歸亞蕾，日前從美國返台參加《金馬50》盛典，一出場苗條身材也讓眾人相當驚艷，歸亞蕾也向《蘋果》分享她的養生之道。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，身高162公分、48公斤的歸亞蕾認為，身為演員，將外在樣貌維持好，是責任之一。她保養之道首重3餐分量遞減，早餐吃飽吃好；午餐營養也得均衡，但分量減少；晚餐主食更少，多半只吃青菜。每日補充維他命保健食品，沒特別忌口，但少吃甜食、炸物。
