【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委黃偉哲上午舉行記者會指出，台灣在4月3日出現一例H7N9境外移入病例，迄今並沒有其他案例，但日本外務省官方網站卻把台灣列為與中國同等級的H7N9旅遊警示的危險地區，但香港與澳門卻是安全地區，他質疑「台灣官方為何沒有反應？」

外交部文件證明組代組長陳忠正表示，日本外務省誤把台灣列為疫區，此事剛剛才知道，已要求負責日本事務的單位，向日本外務省抗議，還我國清白。
