小英教育基金會執行長林全率團訪陸已獲證實，今（19）日返國，蔡英文和林全將於明日召開記者會對外說明。

去年7月，對岸重量級財經學者曹遠征和丁志杰訪台，蔡英文在老爺飯店與2位學者一席夜談，讓中共高層對蔡英文有了不同看法，也促成林全此行。

蔡英文辦公室表示，明日召開記者會對外說明。

另外，有傳聞指出，因謝長廷兩岸論述在黨基層屢遭質疑，原無意願參選黨主席的蔡英文已決定親征，與蘇貞昌對決。
