企劃人才在台灣其實往往不受重視或者直接拿去當業務人才使用一個好的企劃需要博學：有廣泛的知識攝取能力邏輯：建構事物順序以及分配資源的能力人際溝通：廣結人脈，仔細聆聽，歸納重點的溝通能力應變能力：臨時狀況，危機應變但在台灣的老闆眼中，企劃人才大概是這樣... 老闆：這案子的圖稿是你設計的？企劃：不是，是美編設計的老闆：那...程式是你寫的？企劃：不是，是程式設計師寫的老闆：那便當是你訂的？企劃：我...幫忙訂過幾次.... 老闆：那好，加你結案獎金500元，可以下去了企劃的功用往往不是顯性的例如一個成功的運動選手世俗看到的，往往是選手強健的體魄跟肌肉而忽略了負責轉動的關節企劃人~共勉之 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.30.77
