發生在本周三凌晨的台北市媽祖文化協會遭槍擊案，警方原鎖定賭債糾紛偵辦，但昨天黃姓男子等4人帶著制式M16長槍和2把制式短槍向警方投案，供稱是飯局敬酒不滿遭對方「洗臉」揶揄，才找人開槍要讓對方好看，黃推稱槍枝是已故友人寄放，警方懷疑內情不單純，將進一步釐清。
