各位前輩好,在下有電子業業務6~7年的經驗有幸拿到以下公司的offer 跟目前的公司做一個比較如下表希望版上前輩給個意見~ 公司現任公司艾克爾(湖口) 昇陽國際半導體職位國內業務資深業務課長國外業務專員產業 LED 半導體封測晶圓薄化部門業務業務業務待遇 N*14 (N+16)*14 (N+1.8)*14 地點竹科湖口竹科工時 0800~? 0830~? 0830~? 交通 10min 30min 10min 現在的公司才剛進去,可是跟我之前做的很不相干對產品還有公司文化都還在熟悉摸索中而艾克爾薪水開得很高很誘人但我看那職缺在數字網站開了好久,似乎一直都沒停止徵人過如果可以開到那麼好的薪水,怎麼會一直找不到人..?@@ 至於昇陽,看版上討論的也不多,想請問各位前輩的意見請問這樣的offer要怎麼選? 感謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.208.231 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406479206.A.581.html
