根據白宮副國家安全顧問Tony Blinken指出，歐洲與美國將於本周稍後，對俄羅斯實施新的制裁措施。

在周一對記者進行的簡報中，Blinken說白宮擔憂俄羅斯軍隊準備以維和任務的名義，進入烏克蘭東部。

在攻擊了馬來西亞客機後，俄羅斯正加倍協助支持俄羅斯的分離份子，他說。

Blinken並未說明計劃制裁措施的細節。他說這項制裁目的在對俄羅斯施加壓力，迫使其支持一項外交解決方案，化解烏克蘭危機。
