違反證交法 陳文南等人遭起訴

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市25日電）新北地檢署偵辦富味鄉混油風波股價涉嫌內線交易案今天偵結。董事長陳文南及林秀蓉等人都被依違反證券交易法提公訴。

富味鄉遭檢調查獲以低價棉籽油混充高檔油牟暴利，公司股價還呈異常波動，檢調懷疑高層涉嫌內線交易，曾於去年12月4日搜索公司及公司負責人住家等11處，約談陳文南等32人到案說明。

新北地檢署今天偵結，認定陳文南、林秀蓉、陳瑞禮等人違反證券交易法，分別依加重背信、公告不實等罪嫌提起公訴。

起訴書中指出，蔡明財及呂美德等人在富味鄉任職，在陳文南及林秀蓉於重大訊息記者會中表示混油全數外銷國外後，他們得知混油未全數外銷且趁消息未公開前，將持有的富味鄉公司股票賣出。

兩人賣股分別規避損失新台幣134萬多元、12萬多元，檢方以違反證券交易法內線交易罪嫌提起公訴。1030825
