比利時槍擊案主嫌 回比國受審

比利時布魯塞爾猶太博物館槍擊案嫌犯、阿爾及利亞裔法國籍奈穆許，決定放棄上訴，同意引渡回比利時受審。

29歲的奈穆許（Mehdi Nemmouche）涉嫌5月24日掃射布魯塞爾猶太博物館，4人死亡，奈穆許隨後在法國馬賽被逮。

這起涉及種族歧視的槍擊案，是比利時30年來首起類似案件，對向來平靜的比利時帶來極大震撼。

法國巴黎凡爾賽法院6月下旬裁定，奈穆許應引渡回比利時受審，他月初提上訴。

奈穆許律師佩皮耶札普（Apolin Pepiezep）今天表示，奈穆許已經同意放棄上訴，並說滿意法院的裁決，因法院同意，不會引渡奈穆許至第3國。

這起槍擊案的死者中包括1對以色列猶太夫婦，奈穆許擔憂可能引渡到以色列。

奈穆許放棄上訴後，預計10天後引渡回比利時受審。
