標題[問題] 研究助理的休假

版上各位大大大家好 這是小弟我在salary版的第一ＰＯ 如果有任何問題小弟我儘速改正 小弟最近剛應徵到某國立大學理工方面的研究助理工作 想請問關於這方面工作的休假如何？ 是正常週休二日放？還是有別的方式？ 其實小弟有寄email問過老師 以下這一句是他的回答 我有點看不懂... “專任助理第一年沒有休假，但可以請假或是用補修的方式放假” 我自己的解讀是說... 正常的週末假都沒有 而必須用加班的時數來拼湊出自己的假... 我當然知道一定有可能會作實驗做到超時 但 有這麼血汗連固定的假都沒有嗎...？ 這是小弟我第一次應徵也是第一份工作 經驗不足 勞煩各位了 先感謝大家的回答了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.248.221.226 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1405121724.A.07B.html ※ 編輯: psps1225 (111.248.221.226), 07/12/2014 07:39:05
