日本職棒熱身賽9日戰況，西武獅隊與千葉羅德海洋隊之戰，雙方形成投手戰，最後羅德隊以1:0獲勝。

羅德隊先發投手為石川歩，他主投5局，只被打2支安打無失分，表現可圈可點。

接下來的投手中後悠平、上野大樹、Carlos Rosa還有益田直也都順利解決打者。

西武獅隊先發投手Greg Reynolds同樣5局無失分，但是7局上羅德隊菜鳥吉田裕太在得點圈有人時擊出適時安打，攻下全場唯一的1分，終場羅德就以1分氣走西武。

阪神虎隊與讀賣巨人隊之役，巨人打線全場敲出10支安打在第4局一口氣灌下3分，最後以3:2獲勝。
